The EXHAUST SYSTEMS COR-TUBI Business Unit (BU) is completely verticalised, from the production of stripped metal sheets and steel pipes to exhaust systems fully assembled.
This BU is divided in specialized smaller units/departments to increase efficiency and cut down costs and time. There are departments specialized in pipe manufacturing (cut, drilling, bending and deformation of pipes in normal and inox steel, 40 to 150 mm diam.), departments assigned to assembly of internal components of mufflers through sertissage and robotised welding, departments with automatic machines and dimensional inspection of 100% of the canning with ceramic catalysts 4 to 12 inches, and departments devoted to manufacturing of complete internal groups through calendering, TIG and MAG welding, clinching or spinning.
